For grain farms
Know exactly where every tonne went
Harvestt logs every trailer over the bridge and keeps a running total by field, crop and shed. So when the merchant rings in November, you answer from a record instead of a notebook and a good memory.
£10 a month. No contract, no per-user charge, cancel whenever.
What it does
Built for the six weeks when every trailer counts
Most farm software wants to run your whole business and ends up unopened. This does one job, knowing what came off which field and where it went, properly enough that you keep using it in week five.
Two weights, nothing else to fill in
Weigh the loaded trailer in, weigh it out empty, and the net is worked out for you. A load that has gone back to the field stays on screen as pending until it is weighed out, so nothing is quietly lost when it gets busy.
Every load tied to a field
Because the field goes on at the pad, tonnes per hectare is a real figure rather than a January estimate. Tick a field off when it is cut and its yield is final; leave it open and Harvestt marks the number provisional.
Shed balances that stay honest
Grain in from loads, grain out for sales, feed, haulage or spoilage - each shed shows what should be in it, split by crop and variety. When a shed is genuinely empty you clear it, so a bad weight does not follow you into next season.
Native app for the pad
iOS and Android for dusty hands at the bridge, plus the web for the office. Kilograms or tonnes, hectares or acres - set it to match how you talk about the farm and everything follows.
The whole crew, one set of numbers
Invite the team by email at no extra cost. Whoever is on the loader and whoever is in the office are looking at the same totals, instead of reconciling two versions of the same day.
Bales and bags as well as bulk
Not everything goes over a bridge. Stock counted in bales, bags or boxes sits alongside weighed grain in the same shed balance, so the store view is complete.
On the phone
The pad work lives in your pocket
Dashboard, weighbridge and loads - the same Harvestt you use on the web, built as a native iOS app for when you are standing at the bridge with dusty hands.

Questions
The things people actually ask
Do I need my own weighbridge?
You need some way of getting a weight - your own bridge, weigh cells on the loader, or a ticket from a bridge down the road. Harvestt records and adds up the numbers; it does not do the weighing.
Does it read from my weighbridge indicator automatically?
Not yet. Today you type the two weights in, which takes a few seconds. Reading directly from indicators is something we want to do, and knowing which make and model you run genuinely helps us decide where to start.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes: iOS and Android. The app covers the day-to-day work on the pad: dashboard, weighing loads in and out, and browsing what you have recorded. Farm setup and team seats are still managed on the web.
What happens when there is no signal in the yard?
On the mobile app, loads and weigh-outs are saved on the phone and sync when you are back online. The web app still needs a connection - so if the yard has patchy signal, use the phone.
Can the whole team use it?
Yes, and there is no per-person charge. Invite whoever needs it by email - the price covers the farm, however many of you are logging loads.
Can I bring in the loads I have already recorded?
If you have this year in a spreadsheet, send it over and we will help you get it in. There is no self-service import yet, so for now it is us doing it by hand - which is fine at our size.
Whose data is it?
Yours. Ask and we will export everything on your farm; ask us to delete it and we delete it. We do not sell it, and we do not share individual farm figures with anyone.
Set it up before harvest, not during
Nobody wants to learn a new system with three trailers queuing. Put your fields and sheds in now, and the first load you weigh is the first load on record.
