Assurance & audit records
Pull the records an assurance inspection asks for out of what you already recorded.
Available on request. It sits on top of the grain records you already keep. Get in touch if you would like access for your farm.
The problem
An assurance audit is rarely hard, it is just a scramble. The information exists, spread across a diary, a folder of paper tickets, the sprayer records and someone's phone, and a fortnight goes on assembling it into the shape the inspector wants.
Much of what gets asked about grain — where it came from, where it was stored, what it was treated with, where it went — is already being captured as you weigh loads. It is just not in a form you can hand over.
How it works
What it covers once you have access. Tell us if anything does not fit how you work and we will adjust it.
- A traceability report for any batch: which fields it came off, which shed it sat in, what it was treated with, which buyers it went to.
- Store hygiene and cleaning records kept against each shed, with the dates and who did it.
- An export shaped for the scheme you are in, rather than a spreadsheet you have to reformat.
- A pre-audit check that tells you what is missing while there is still time to find it.
