The problem
Harvestt handles grain coming in well. Grain going out is currently just a removal from a shed, which loses the things you need later: which haulier, which vehicle, whose ticket number, what the weighbridge at the far end said.
The gap between your weight and the buyer's weight is where money goes missing. Without both numbers recorded against the same movement, a persistent half-tonne difference is very hard to prove.
How it works
What it covers once you have access. Tell us if anything does not fit how you work and we will adjust it.
- Record a movement off farm with haulier, vehicle registration, driver and destination.
- Store your weight and the delivered weight side by side, and total the difference by haulier and by buyer over the season.
- Generate the grain passport information for a load rather than filling the same details in by hand each time.
- A simple loading sheet the driver can be given or sent, so the yard and the office agree on what went.
